Amy Winehouse has been put under house arrest by her Dad and she's not happy. The other night Amy made a bid for freedom legging it from her house and jumped into a strangers car. Police came round later to talk to paparazzi about it and asked for a description of the car and pictures.

Amys dad is seen with her later on taking her back home. Amy had a go at the papers saying they have to no respect.

Amy refuses to stay as hospital

After Amy Winehouses distatirious performance at Glastobury she was taken straight back to a London clinic by her Dad. When she got there she threw a huge strop and refused to stay.

A friend of Amys said "We feared a taste of the outside would remind her what she's missing – and that's exactly what happened."

Amy clearly doesn't want help It's a shame that she's ended up like this. When she dies she's going to be remembered for her drug abuse and all the dramas not her amazing vocal talent.

Why Winehouse hit audience member

Everyone was shocked that Winehouse had hit an audience member at Glastonbury but there are several reasons going around that she hit the man.

Her rep claims someone grabbed her hair so she "reacted." Glastonbury organisers claim someone grabbed hold of her breasts and witnesses say that the man she hit said something bad about Blake to Amy and that's why she punched him.

A witness said 'I could not hear exactly what was said - it was some comment about Blake. Amy reacted by just losing it. She leaned into the crowd and whacked him. It wasn't just a little slap, she then kind of retreated back to the stage before charging in again for another go like she was scrapping in a pub.'

Amy Winehouse punched an audience member today at Glastonbury. Also throughout her performance she kept mentioning Blake and whenever she did the crowd booed. Amy shouted back "Don't boo. I'll find your phone and ring your mum and tell them about your bad manners. Manners cost you nothing."

Amy also had a dig at Kanye West. Jay Z was performing after her she told the crowd they should be grateful there getting Jay Z and not Kanye West because he's a "cunt".

Winehouses rep isn't happy with Mitch

A discrepancy regarding the health of Amy Winehouse arose after the Grammy-winning singer's father said she had early stage emphysema brought on by smoking crack cocaine and cigarettes.

A publicist for Winehouse later said he had misspoken "out of his concern for her."

"She is not diagnosed with full-blown emphysema, but instead has early signs of what could lead to emphysema," Tracey Miller, her U.S.-based representative, told The Associated Press on Monday.

In an interview published Sunday by the Daily Mail of London, Mitch Winehouse said that his daughter's crack and cigarette smoking had led to early-stage emphysema, and that the singer had an irregular heartbeat. He said she had been warned that she will have to wear an oxygen mask unless she stops smoking drugs.

"The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs, it won't just ruin her voice, it will kill her," Mitch Winehouse was quoted as saying. "There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She has 70 percent lung capacity."

However, in an interview later with BBC Radio 1, he appeared to downplay his dire statements, and said: "Amy really hasn't got emphysema, there's traces of emphysema. Obviously, if she doesn't quit smoking, it's going to get worse, like everyone else ... with patience her lungs will recover completely."

He added that she was covered in nicotine patches and is "flourishing" in response to treatments.

Emphysema is a lung disease caused primarily by smoking. It takes years to develop and is mostly seen in people over 45.

Amy Winehouse left hospital today smoking just days after it was revealed Amy is suffering from emphysema.

Amy has been told by Doctors if she carries on smoking and taking drug it wont just ruin her voice but it's going to kill her.

Just when I thought Amy got the wake up call she needed to get better she gets photographed leaving hospital with a fag in her mouth. What the hell is it going to take for her to realise if she doesn't sort herself out she's going to die ??

Mitch Wienhouse spoke to Radio 5 Live this morning and said Amys covered in nicotine patches so save her career.

"She's covered in nicotine patches. The only thing that can go into her lungs are fresh air. She faces a stark choice - either she sticks to it or she won't sing again. She's eating like a horse - she's 16 pounds heavier than the last time she was in hospital. There will be a decision on whether she can sing at Glastonbury. She understands she has to change. All she wants to do now is to sing,"

Mitch Winehouse has revealed that Amy has contracted emphysema and she could be in a wheelchair within a month if she doesn't quit drugs.

Mitch also revealed Amy might have to wear a permanent oxygen mask to survive if she doesn't follow medical advice.

‘To think this could be my beautiful 24-year-old daughter's life is preposterous. But if drugs mean more to her than breathing properly, then so be it. But the doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs it won't just ruin her voice, it will kill her. I'm saying to those drug dealers, and they know who they are, if they are supplying crack to Amy, then they've got to take responsibility. I don't want her hanging out with her mates like Pete Doherty either. Blake apologised to me for getting Amy into drugs and says he's going to try and put it right. Blake was clean when I saw him but he's told me he wants to go into rehab. We've organised it so that as soon as he's out, that happens. He wants to go from zero to hero. It's very hard for him being in prison, but at least he's been trying.’

Emphysema is usually caused by smoking it ages the lungs prematurely and the sufferer will be struggling for breath.

‘The doctors have said that if she had continued the way she was going she could have ended up an invalid - she wouldn't have been able to breathe. With smoking the crack cocaine and the cigarettes her lungs are all gunked up. There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She's got 70 per cent lung capacity. ‘

Mitch said he's terrified she will return to her old ways.

'My family have been criticised for not doing enough for Amy. Some say we should put her in a room and throw away the key but that's against the law. In our limited way, we are doing the best we can and we are being guided by the doctors and psychologists. There's no need to cry yet. If, God forbid, doctors said they can't help her, then that's when we can have a good cry. But if she doesn't go back to drugs then she can lead this magnificent life. With her husband Blake too, if he gets clean as well. We are praying that that's what Amy really wants. She seems resolute. I've started to see my old Amy back. We'll just have to see how great her resolution is,"

Winehouse put in quarantine

The Sun are reporting that Amy Winehouse had been put in quarantine. Doctors thought she had TB so to contain it they put her in quarantine. Amys tests have come back all clear now. Friends & Family were banned from visiting Amy when she was in isolation. The only person who was allowed to see her was Mitch.

A source told the paper "Doctors have to take this very seriously. She is coughing and spluttering all over the place so visitors would be at risk of catching whatever she has.”

Amys desperate to perform at Glastonbury & Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday party next week.

A source said: “Amy is desperate to play both gigs. But friends and family are trying to keep her in for as long as she possibly can be. Doctors still aren’t sure what is wrong with her so she must give them more time. Hopefully she will stay in long enough to clean herself up. It’s approaching a week since she’s taken drugs. It’s the first time we’ve been able to say that in ages. This could be her chance to get herself off this stuff which is killing her. If she goes back on stage she will probably get back into bad habits.”

The Sun are reporting that Amy Winehouse might have tuberculosis. Amy has been coughing up blood and has a chest infection. Doctors are now running test on Amy for TB because her symptoms match she's got a lack of appetite and weight loss.

No one is sure if Amy is going to performing at Glastonbury next week and Nelson Mandelas 90th birthday bash. Her rep said "At present she still intends to perform at her two scheduled dates next week. However the decision will be made entirely on the advice of her doctors and in her best interests."

Amys spokesman said "She'll stay for as long as they can find out what's wrong with her. I don't know what's wrong with her and the doctors don't seem to. There are various possibilities. It's probably something to do with her ongoing treatment."

Winehouse told if she doesn't quit drugs she will die

Amy Winehouse has been told by Doctors if she doesn't stop taking drug she's going to die. Amy collapsed the other day at her house in London and has been in hospital since. Doctors think the collapse is linked with her drug overdose last year.

Amys friends have publicly criticised her people for booking her for stuff non stop. One friend said "It's irresponsible of her team to keep putting her on stage. She needs to get away from temptation."

If her drug overdose last year didn't shock her into getting clean I don't know what will.

Winehouse remains in hospital

Amy Winehouse remained hospitalized Tuesday morning after tests on the troubled singer – who fainted in her London home on Monday – proved "inconclusive," a source close to the singer tells PEOPLE.

The 24-year-old's father, Mitch, drove her to the hospital in his taxi after she fainted and nearly fell down a flight of stairs. Though she recovered quickly, her spokesman said she was examined as a precaution. Originally, she was expected to be released today.

"Doctors want to get to the bottom of it before releasing her," Winehouse's London spokesman told PEOPLE. "There will be further tests and they will keep her under observation. She seems to be fine ... but they are taking their time to be sure."

Meanwhile, in a new interview, Mitch admitted that his daughter's two-week rehab stint in January was a failure.

"She didn't want to get clean then, but she's talking about it now," he told the U.K.'s Closer magazine. "She's nowhere near as bad as she was [then]. A nurse visits twice a day and we're kept well informed about how she's doing. She's making progress."

Mitch, 57, said the singer wants kids with her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil – and will wait for him.

"Amy understands Blake might have to do a long time in prison – she's not stupid," he told the magazine. "But she'll stand by him and he'll stand by her." (Earlier this month, Fielder-Civil pleaded guilty to charges of assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.)

Mitch added: "She wants kids and knows she can't be taking drugs, or the baby would be addicted – she wouldn't do that."

Amy Winehouse is expected to be discharged from hospital this morning after faiting at her house yesterday.

Amy Winehouse has been hospitalized after she fainted at home.

Amys rep said "Amy was at home this afternoon when she briefly fainted. Fortunately, her manager's assistant was there to stop her falling. She quickly recovered and her father Mitch took her to hospital as a precaution. Doctors are unsure of the cause of the incident and Amy is currently undergoing tests. Amy may be kept in (hospital) overnight for observation."

More like she was that off her face on drugs and booze she passed out.
