X FACTOR judge DANNII MINOGUE has spoken out about her thoughts on SHARON OSBOURNE's decision to quit the British talent show - branding the shock move a "dream".

Rock matriarch Osbourne left the programme earlier this month (Jun08) amid speculation of a bitter feud with Minogue - sister of superstar singer Kylie - and arguments with TV bosses over her pay deal.

And there is no love lost between the pair - with Australian pop star Minogue claiming the set was fraught with tension when Osbourne was around.

Minogue tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "It's just a dream. It's a very different set. No more eyes down during commercial breaks trying not to look tense. It wasn't the sort of environment I wanted to be in." She adds, "I can't say I don't enjoy the current situation a lot more."

And the star insists she is determined not to have a similarly bitter relationship with new female judge Cheryl Cole - with Minogue breaking the ice with the Girl's Aloud star as soon as she arrived on the set of the ITV1 show.

She tells the publication, "We started off on a good foot. I went to her dressing room and said, 'Welcome to the set, let's have some fun'."

New X Factor judge Cheryl Cole & plastic Dannii have history. A few years ago when Girls Aloud were on a TV show with Dannii and she blanked them the girls weren't happy.

Girls Aloud said that she's had too much plastic surgery and Dannii said that Girls Aloud are chavs. At least Cheryl has a career and has a fan base, Dannii you last no.1 was when exactly and you wouldn't be famous if it wasn't for your sister.

I wish Dannii would quit I can't stand her. Why is she a judge ??? I could understand them having Kylie because she's an A lister and has a career. Dannii just sings on crappy club songs and is lucky if she gets a song in the top 40.

Confirmed Cheryl Cole replaces Sharon Osbourne

It has been confirmed tonight that Cheryl Cole has replaced Sharon Osbourne on the X Factor.

Cheryl said:

"I'm so excited to be part of such a great show and, although it's scary joining a huge programme like The X Factor, it's a massive honour to be following int he footsteps of Sharon Osbourne. The rest of the girls have said they're right behind me, which is really important for me as it will be weird to be on the other side of the fence this time. So whilst we get started on the next album, it will be brilliant to be a judge on The X Factor."

Sharon wants Cheryl Cole to replace her

Sharon Osbourne has revealed who she'd like to replace her on The X Factor.

"I think they're asking Cheryl from Girls Aloud, and Mel B. It will be interesting, it will take it to a different place. It will probably be even better, if that's possible. I want Cheryl to replace me, I love her."

Sharon denies that she quit the show because ITV refused to increase her pay by £1 Million that she's reported to have been demanding "It's not true. Actually, we were negotiating and they offered me an obscene amount of money. It was just I had to walk away when I did, it was just time. I love the show, it was the best for years of my life."

How great would Cheryl be as a judge. She's done the music talent show herself so she'd know what the contestants are going through and she actually knows what she's talking about unlike Dannii Minogue.

Jealous Coke Head Katona has had a pop at Cheryl Cole about outfits she wears on stage:

“Cheryl Cole wore a pink leotard and you could actually see her crotch. They all have great bodies, but they should leave a little bit more to the imagination. Next time they’re on stage they’ll be naked except for some nipple tassels! If you've got it, flaunt it, but Girls Aloud are role models to young kids so I don't think they should be getting their bits out.”

How can she talk about role models ? At least Girls Aloud have fans Kerry has how many ?? I can't wait for Cheryls bitchy statement back to Coke Head.

Ashleys Mum "Cheryl & Ashley are working things out"

Ashleys Coles Mum has told the press that Ashley & Cheryl are working hard to make there marriage work:

“Ash and Cheryl are together, both living at home and are trying their best to get their marriage back on track. I visited them both on Friday and they both seem fine. I love Cheryl like a daughter, but I'm not going to stand here and slate my son. I love them both very much and I am glad they are working it out.”

A Message From Cheryl

Hi all! Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the tour!... Not long now! I'll get back to you in a min about that.

Anyway I was watching mtv news last night and happened to read a news text that that I am about to launch a solo career. Having already heard about this story in a a newspaper and then hearing it on the radio, it's getting out of hand and I am so fed up of all this rubbish as I'm sure you are that I wanted to tell you all myself personally that it is a load of rubbish. I have never so much as met or spoken to or even know who this person was until the story broke. I'm sure you all know this anyway as its not the first and I'm sure it won't be the last splitting up or going solo story we've all heard. But I just wanted to reassure you all myself.

In the meantime we have been in tour rehearsals everyday now for the past couple of of weeks and it is so exciting I can't tell you. In my opinion it's going to be the best one yet! We're so excited we just want to start now. I won't spoil anything for you. I'll just look forward to seeing you there.

Ps – no one can believe we are five years down the line and on our fourth tour and to be fair we can't believe it ourselves so while I'm on a rant I just want to say thank you so much for all your constant love and support, it's overwhelming at times and always appreciated. Assley admits to cheating on Cheryl 4 times

Footballer Ashley Cole has admitted scoring with a string of women while married to wife Cheryl, but claims that tabloid stories about his flings breached his privacy.

In court documents, Cole sensationally admitted that he had sexual relationships with Aimee Walton, Brooke Healy, Coralie Robinson and Jakki Degg. But he says that none of the women asked him for permission to disclose their relationships with him before going to a tabloid newspaper.

He accuses the four women of infringing his rights in a flagrant, self-serving and unilateral manner and says publication of stories about his sex life was wrongful and a breach of confidence, an infringement of his right to privacy and a misuse of private information.

The information in his High Court writ against publishers News Group Newspapers is certain to upset wife Cheryl Cole, one of the group Girls Aloud. She is even named in the writ as his wife, and he admits that he was gravely distressed as a result of disclosure of the information about his flings. He suffered more distress as a result of the impact of the stories on his family and wife in particular, he says.

Cole claims he was distressed and embarrassed by the string of disclosures which were published in The Sun and Sun Online between 25 January and 22 February. He is suing for damages of £200,000 over 12 stories published earlier this year alleging that he had sex with four girls but says some of the information is false and invented. But he says the question of truth or falsity is irrelevant and his sexual relationships with the women should have stayed private.

Cole, who won special permission from procedural judge Master Leslie to keep his address private, is also seeking an injunction banning the group from repeating private information about him.

Cole is seeking aggravated and exemplary damages and says the publishers treated his complaints in a wholly dismissive manner. He wants damages or an inquiry into damages, or an account of profits from the newspaper stories.

Walton disclosed information about bedding him although he had asked her not to disclose the information before sleeping with her, Cole says.

The footballer claims that Healy and Robinson spoke about their sex with him despite "express agreements" they would not do so.

Cole argues that he does not hold any public office or carry out any official duties, and information about his sex life "was not capable of contributing to a debate in a democratic society relating to matters of public interest".

Walton spoke about their fling for financial reward rather than any legitimate purpose, he says. And he claims that Walton, Healy, Robinson and Degg did not seek his permission to disclose information, or warn him in advance, before infringing his rights to privacy.
